Anderson Cooper v. Star Jones — It’s War

Though it originally annoyed me that the man who had been to war zones for CNN is discussing pop culture, I’m starting to like it. It shows that human beings are capable of thinking of more than one thing at a time, and just because the guy is brilliant, doesn’t mean he can’t mud-sling about ridiculous subjects like the rest of America. Watch him blast Star Jones for calling his coming-out a “ratings play,” and pay particular attention to his mother’s objection (his mother is Gloria Vanderbilt, which makes this story extra special).
