I fell in love with Monsters Calling Home almost immediately. I saw them perform at The Mint in Los Angeles, and I emailed lead singer Alex Hwang minutes after the show. Since then, I’ve shamelessly stalked them around Los Angeles, and then I took the stalking to the next level and invited Alex to Brick & Mortar Recording for an interview. He kindly complied. Agreeing to do Celebrity Apprentice was probably the biggest mistake of Lisa Lampanelli’s career. She was an under-ground, foul-mouthed comedian with a reputation for dishing dirt. Now, she looks like an unstable bully who can dish it out but can’t take it. In the clip below, you’ll see a continuation of her never-ending feud with Dayana Mendoza. Dayana makes one, very small comment that enrages Lisa, who then pummels her over the head with a brick. Did I mention that she strangely cries in the midst of yelling? Watch and enjoy

Spanish actress Angela Molina posed in a beautiful, un-airbrushed photo for the cover of Harper’s Bazaar. Magazines should learn something from this creative choice. You don’t have to look like a cartoon character to be beautiful.

There are certain people who are better together than they are apart. And that’s definitely the case for Adam Carolla and Dr. Drew. Both have yet to duplicate the success of their Loveline partnership. Though Drew has a television career without Adam, and Adam has a successful podcast without Drew, they can’t survive without each other. Without Adam, Drew seems creepy, and without Drew, Adam seems heartless. Watch a clip of their recent collaboration for Adam’s Audiobook. While reading Vulture’s take on Nicki Minaj’s new “Starships” video, I noticed a very astute point from a random commenter. It’s ridiculously identical to Heidi Montag’s horrific Higher video. Translation? — Someone should be fired. Watch both videos below.

Katy Perry received some criticism for her American Idol performance, but I loved it. I can’t quite put my finger on why, other than to say I couldn’t take my eyes off of it. Sure it was ridiculous, but sometimes ridiculous is good. Watch below.
