“I spent 25 years working in a psychiatric hospital, and one of the first things I noticed is that the very rich and the very poor have more in common with one another than with the rest of us . . . . So, when we see these off the rail, so to speak, behaviors, it certainly is not limited to impoverished or stressed social strata . . . . Many of us could be capable of some not so good things.
