Tobias Confirms that ‘Arrested Development’ Movie Won’t Happen

David Cross, better known as “Tobias,” confirmed in a recent interview that ‘Arrested Development’ will never become a movie.  He said, “(I)t’s not going to happen.  Everyone’s doing their own thing, you know. And everybody’s aged. It’s just not going to happen. I’m sure I speak for everybody when I say we’d love for it to happen, we’d love to work on it, but just I don’t think… not going to happen.”  Wow, we get it.  How many times can he break our hearts by saying “it’s not going to happen.”  I know Jason Bateman was on board, so I’m guessing that they just cannot get everyone to agree to do it.  I actually heard that Michael Cera was the holdout, because he didn’t want to do it after his film career took off.  What a bummer!@
