Ann Curry Ousted From ‘The Today Show?’

Its hard to articulate what makes someone likable, but the public will certainly make its feelings clear. Ann Curry learned that the hard way when she transitioned from news anchor to co-host of ‘The Today Show’ after Meredith Viera’s departure, and the show subsequently lost its ratings war with ‘Good Morning America’ for the first time in 16 years. Though it might not be Curry’s fault, the network likely blamed her. It’s now rumored she’ll be replaced. The saddest part of this story is that she’ll be out of her job entirely. Had she just been content as a news anchor, she’d have an un-threatened gig. Perhaps her and Conan O’Brien should go for coffee.

Josh Cooley Makes Children’s Book From R Rated Films

Pixar artist Josh Cooley had the brilliant idea of turning R rated movies into a children’s book, and it paid off. The book is sold out, and there’s no immediate plans to produce more copies, despite popular demand. But if you’re like me, and you spotted your favorite film in the stills below, you can buy a print here. Enjoy the artistic masterpiece.

LeAnn Rimes Bakes Great Birthday Cakes

Just when you thought LeAnn Rimes could not get any more ridiculous, she bakes a cake and proves you wrong. She tweeted the photo below of the birthday cake she made for Eddie Cibrian, and wrote, “Eddie’s favorite things bday cake!” When his children asked for an explanation, do you think she said, “Eddie really likes to take naps?”

Vintage Quote of the Day — Justin Bieber in Rolling Stone — Is He a Douchebag?

“The 122-pound, roughly five-and-a-half-foot-tall person in the driver’s seat of this enormous Range Rover is a child – a self-assured one, who may be used to the sound of screaming fans in the bleachers, but still a child, who, as he should, lives in his own circumscribed world, uninterested in anyone’s fantasies except for his own. “Yo, sorry for being late,” he says. “Traffic.” He yawns. “It’s so early. People are going to work, I guess. Like, work? What’s that?” An excerpt of Justin Bieber’s Rolling Stone interview, which revealed the writer’s (Vanessa Grigoriadis) likely distaste for the pop-star.

Heidi Montag Debuts “Heartbreak” — The Dishmaster’s Heart is Broken

If you’re going to use fancy technology to make your voice nearly unrecognizable, and it still sounds like shit, then perhaps you should just lip-sync to someone else’s voice and pass it off as your own? It might be immoral, but by the time anyone figured it out you could pocket lots of cash, right? Listen to the very unenjoyable train-wreck below.

Adam Carolla Hates Women: “They Aren’t Funny”

There’s no bigger misogynist than The Dishmaster, but even I have my limits. In a recent interview with The New York Post, Carolla revealed his gender bias (which is a kind way of putting it), saying:

“They make you hire a certain number of chicks, and they’re always the least funny on the writing staff. The reason why you know more funny dudes than funny chicks is that dudes are funnier than chicks. If my daughter has a mediocre sense of humor, I’m just gonna tell her, “Be a staff writer for a sitcom. Because they’ll have to hire you, they can’t really fire you, and you don’t have to produce that much. It’ll be awesome.”

This isn’t the first time Carolla has taken aim at women. If you listen to his podcast, it’s clear the man has some serious mommy issues. Perhaps Tina Fey and Kristen Wiig can give him a call.

Kim Kardashian Discusses Sex-Tape — Her Life’s Regret

I like the new Kim Kardashian. She’s honest, she’s humble, and she’s sues people when she needs to. She showed her honesty when Oprah asked about her infamous sex tape, and whether she’d be famous without it. Kardashian admitted that it was “how she was introduced to the world,” and that she had to work much harder to erase the negative impression from people’s minds. When Oprah attempted to assuage her regret by saying she should be grateful for her mistakes, Kardashian quickly squashed the crazy suggestion, saying, “I’m definitely not grateful for that experience. I would say if I had one regret, that would be it.”

Kim Kardashian’s Biggest Regret: The Sex Tape

In 2003, 23-year-old Kim Kardashian did something she would regret years later: She made a sex tape with her then-boyfriend, musician Ray J. Four years later, the tape was leaked and sold on the Internet. Watch as Kim opens up about the humiliation she felt and how she broke the news to her family. Then, Kim reveals how her most difficult moments have helped her become the woman she is today.

Sharon Osbourne in Tears Over Jack Osbourne’s Multiple Sclerosis — Watch

Sometimes honesty is refreshing. Sharon Osbourne could barely speak through her tears while discussing her son’s Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis on ‘The Talk’ today, and I appreciated her emotional candor. Though it’s great to tell the public that you have to “be positive,” it’s also nice to admit the struggle. Watch below.
