I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. There is no better choreographer on ‘Dancing With the Stars’ than Derek Hough. He’s original and incredible. Sure his samba lacked substantial samba content, but with a dance like that, the rules should be rewritten. Watch below to see his performance with Shawn Johnson and Mark Ballas.

It’s astounding that ‘Saturday Night Live’ is still this good all these years later. It’s hard to sustain momentum, and Lorne Michaels is an unequivocal genius. Watch Anne Hathaway kill it as Claire Danes during her Homeland sketch. Might I add that the Jewish references for Saul’s character were also quite enjoyable? He nailed Mandy Patinkin.

Dancing With the Stars After Party — Lacey Schwimmer Sings

I was invited to the Dancing With the Stars After Party by AT&T (the show’s sponsor), and though the very beautiful Joanna Krupa was stranded in New York for Hurricane Sandy related reasons, it was still quite enjoyable. The show is an online pit stop for post-dance chatter and it’s a fun group gathering. Though I was about to post a video from that evening, I stumbled across a previous performance by Lacey Schwimmer that I had to post. Who knew she had singing aspirations? Ben Flajnik Responds to Courtney Robertson — Solidifies He’s Captain Douche

20121107-125553.jpgOf all the Bachelors ABC ever cast, Ben Flajnik was the worst in history. He was angry, lacked empathy, and looked unwashed. Plus, he didn’t get it. And judging from his recent quotes in response to Courtney Robertson’s proclamation that he was unkind and made her miserable, Flajnik, true to form, showed his lack of class once again, saying, “Breaking up was the right move . . . . That [she’s now dating Arie] really closed the door behind her.” I’d like to remind Ben that this woman was once good enough to propose marriage to. If you have a problem with her character perhaps your real problem is your own judgment. Furthermore, when a woman is single, she’s single. Don’t break up with her if you don’t want her to date.
