You might have noticed that many of my posts consistently bash 3D . . . until now! A theatrical re-release of ‘300’ in 3D is in the works, and the idea of Gerard Butler popping out of the screen (no pun intended) makes me very happy. So for this . . . I will make an exception to my anti-3D policy. No word yet on the date of the re-release. The film isn’t even finished being converted.

Say Goodbye to ‘The Hills’ – This is the Last Season
I have to admit I am pretty bummed that the Kristin Cavallari takeover didn’t work out. I never really liked Lauren Conrad much, but apparently the rest of America preferred her. Since Kristen came on, the ratings have declined, and Mtv is pulling the plug. This upcoming season will be the last. It should be pretty good though. Heidi will see her mother for the first time since her plastic surgery, Kristin will address the drug abuse rumors, and Audrina will appear with her current boyfriend, Ryan Cabrera. Regarding Spencer Pratt, series creator Adam Divello confirmed that he is “dealing with some stuff right now,” but he will definitely appear in the final season at some point.
‘Team Sandra’ Shirts Sell-Out at Kitson
I guess this is what happens when you cheat on a Hollywood sweetheart. The whole country will turn against you eventually. Kitson, a clothing store on Robertson that has become well known because of celebrity shoppers, has started selling ‘Team Sandra’ T-shirts, and they are predictably lucrative for the store. Kitson is also well-known for their previous Team Aniston and Team Angelina T-shirts in the midst of the Brangelina scandal. Though I didn’t like the Aniston v. Angelina nonsense, this ‘Team Sandra,’ shirt is an idea I can get behind.

Red Carpet Fashion: The Geffen Gala
The Geffen Gala recognizes leadership in theater, and raises funds for the Geffen playhouse. The playhouse was originally UCLA’s ‘Westwood Playhouse,’ but its name changed after David Geffen, the billionaire film producer and record executive, donated $5 million dollars.
