The Hills: New Beginnings: Who is Brody Jenner?

If you ever wondered whether Brody Jenner takes after his father, just watch the clip below for a taste of his temper, lack of empathy, and desire to completely ignore what’s directly in front of him. The Hills: New Beginnings is back and better than ever, and this time around Heidi and Spencer seem like the only solid couple on the show. And without Lauren Conrad’s holier than thou narration, it’s just good, old-fashioned drama. Enjoy the clip, and try to tune out Justin Bobby’s horrific music.

Kris Jenner Addresses Caitlyn Jenner’s Tell-All

My longtime followers hate my posts about the Kardashians, but it’s my blog, and I’ll do what I want. The good news for those who object is that their ratings are slipping, but that is a fact I find odd considering this is the juiciest, most honest season yet. In the clip below, Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner discuss Caitlyn Jenner’s tell-all book which Kris feels bashes her, and there are many revelations. First, Kris wishes that Caitlyn had told her why she and her ex-wife, Linda Thompson actually broke up. Both parties admit it was over Caitlyn’s gender identity issues, which Bruce conveniently left out when marrying Kris. Kim harshly proclaimed that Caitlyn ruined three lives with her dishonesty. Kris also says that Caitlyn accuses Kris of hoarding their money, which Kris points out was used to support the family. Watch below.

‘I Am Cait’ Gets The Axe

‘I Am Cait’ was cancelled, and after watching two episodes of the show, it’s certainly no surprise. First, none of the Kardashians/Jenners are stronger than the sum of their parts, and second, Caitlyn Jenner is far from compelling. Bruce spent most of his life in the Kardashian closet (literally) as a recluse and rarely embraced the cameras. One could argue he was irritable because of his gender issues, but after watching ‘I Am Cait,’ it’s clear that is not the case. Lastly, the show had to basically buy her friends, because just about everyone who appeared was a “new” connection. And since her family refused to guest, there was no one left to insert any compelling content. Some people just aren’t meant for their own show, and I don’t think Bunim/Murray was at all equipped for what should have been a docu-series about each surgery and stage of her transition. I’m guessing Cait didn’t want to go that route, but that’s the interesting part. Without it, it’s just a show about someone’s not-at-all-interesting daily life.

KUTK Premiere: Caitlyn Jenner v. Khloe Kardashian

KUWTK

You’d think that if your entire fortune was based on the Kardashian empire, you’d be a little more grateful for the family that made you famous. But Caitlyn Jenner missed the memo. When the transgender LGBT advocate caught wind of Khloe Kardashian’s Howard Stern interview, she erupted and insisted that her ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashian’s’ step-daughter should simply smile and say only kind things. You can imagine Khloe’s reaction, given Caitlyn’s extremely honest Vanity Fair interview, which involved a very negative account of Kris Jenner’s actions toward not only her transition, but Caitlyn’s children from previous marriageS. And though I have zero issues with honestly and bemoan biting one’s tongue, I do have an issue with hypocrisy, and Caitlyn takes the cake. She’s so concerned with creating a positive image post-transition that she’s forgotten that what the public truly craves is authenticity. In fact, I’d advise Caitlyn to appear on Howard Stern and tell her own story. And yes, I am aware Bruce Jenner is a gold medalist. But both Bruce and Caitlyn have done absolutely nothing since that win, and without the Kardashians, no one would care at all anymore.

Kris Jenner v. Caitlyn: “You Knew About My Transition”

iamcaitThere are three sides to every story, and judging by Kris Jenner’s exchange with Caitlyn over dinner, they will likely keep it that way. The exes simply don’t agree on whether Kris knew about Bruce’s desire to be a woman when they met. Caitlyn insists she confessed her inner-conflict to Kris, by saying she was on “hormones.” Kris said that while she knew he had taken drugs of some kind that could have impact his sperm count, she assumed it was steroids and not estrogen. There are many studies on memory and the ability to bend thoughts to meet the most favorite story-line, but since Bruce has been accused by his entire family of lying about his transition until the 11th hour, I’m siding with Kris. Watch the clip from ‘I Am Cait’ below.
