‘Real World’ Cast Member Hospitalized After Another Cast Member Pisses and Shits on His Toothbrush

If you thought that ‘The Real World’ might cast actual human beings for its upcoming New Orleans season, think again. Season 24 of ‘The Real World’ has started filming, and a cast member has already been hospitalized. One cast member (Preston Roberson-Charles) took another cast member’s (Ryan Leslie) toothbrush and scrubbed the inside of the toilet with it. He then pissed on it. The source of the animosity allegedly revolves around a fight in which Roberson called Leslie a “faggot,” and told him that “he sucks dick.” Leslie was hospitalized after getting a viral infection, and the police were called. It’s Official: The Court Rules Against Anna Nicole Smith

In case you forgot, this case has been going on for years now.  The Federal Appeals Court ruled against the estate of Anna Nicole Smith today.  The court came down in favor of the estate of Pierce Marshall.  Pierce Marshall was the son of J. Howard Marshall (the Texas billionaire that Anna Nicole married).  When Pierce was alive, he was adamantly fighting to keep the 300 million dollars in question from going to Anna Nicole.  Now, neither party is alive to see the result.  This does effect Anna Nicole’s daughter though, who would have been the only heir set to inherit the money.  The only upside of this is that Anna Nicole’s scumbag lawyer Howard K. Stern will not be getting any of this money either.  He was working on a contingency basis for her, and he was set to get a substantial percentage of the money had she won. 

Woody Allen Has Cold Feet About Casting Carla Bruni in His Next Film

Woody Allen reportedly signed Carla Bruni for his next film alongside Owen Wilson and Rachel McAdams.  Apparently, she is not so official after all.  In a recent interview, Allen alluded to having second thoughts.  He said, “she could be taken away at any moment by other duties, like a political crisis or an important event. I have to take account of the risks that there could be, and hiring her is far from certain.”  Poor Bruni.  I thought this would be her big break (aside from being married to the President of France of course). 

‘Glee’ Cast Will Appear on Oprah

Mike Ausiello confirms that the cast of ‘Glee’ will appear on the April 7th episode of Oprah.  The entire show will be devoted to ‘Glee,’ and the cast is set to perform.  Glee’s popularity just keeps on growing.  They recently increased the amount of shows for their upcoming tour, and FOX confirmed that season 2 of the show will have even more episodes than originally planned.  That and everyone and their mother is doing a guest appearance next season. 

Breaking News: How Sandra Bullock Found out About the Affair

Gosh, this is so horrible.  Here is the breakdown: whenever Hollywood tabloids are going to run a damaging story, the publicist is called a couple of days before the magazine goes to print.  This way, the star is warned and the publicist can do damage control.  In Touch Magazine called Bullock’s publicist on Monday to notify her of the story.  The publicist then called Bullock to break the news.  Bullock reportedly moved out of the house that day.  My guess is that Jesse James immediately came clean.  There has been a lot of speculation that Jesse James couldn’t handle Bullock’s recent career upswing.  If the mistress’ story is true, then the affair went on while Bullock was filming ‘The Blind Side.’  The filming was obviously prior to awards season, so Bullock was just as famous as she always was.  Hence, the theory doesn’t make sense.  I also speculated that Bullock knew about the affair prior to awards season but they held off announcing the split until things settled down.  Popeater has exclusively debunked that theory.  She allegedly knew nothing until Monday. 

Hollywood Truth or Myth: Is There a Best Actress Oscar Curse?

There has been a lot talk from others, including myself, about a Best Actress Oscar curse. I have done my research, and I am here to tell you that there isn’t one.  In the past ten years, six out of ten Best Actress Oscar winners have split with their husbands shortly after winning the award.  Is 60% really a curse?  Here is the list of winners that did not have relationships end after winning the Oscar: Nicole Kidman; Charlize Theron; Helen Mirren; and Marion Cotillard.  Also, let’s not forget when Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn announced their divorce shortly after he won the Oscar for Milk.  That proves that this is not some insane curse meant to punish successful women.

HOLY MOLY: JESSE JAMES ADMITS TO THE AFFAIR

WOW!  I was hoping this was just tabloid gossip but apparently not.  Jesse James released a statement to People, basically confirming the rumors.  He said,   “There is only one person to blame for this whole situation, and that is me.  It’s because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way.  This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them. I am truly very sorry for the grief I have caused them. I hope one day they can find it in their hearts to forgive me.”  How sad!  Can’t a woman have both a booming career AND a successful personal life?  

The Trailer for Jennifer Aniston’s Movie ‘The Switch’ is out

Does Jennifer Aniston ever stop working? The trailer for ‘The Switch’ it out, and I think it looks pretty funny. You might recall that the film was originally called ‘The Baster,’ but it was changed because someone realized that that is a pretty gross title. The film is about a woman that gets artificially inseminated and the sperm she uses is switched by her friend, so the child’s father is actually not who she thinks it is. Watch the trailer below.

Bryan Singer is Returning to X-Men

This is very good news for X-Men fans. Bryan Singer is returning to the franchise to direct ‘X-Men: First Class.’ Singer basically created the franchise, by writing the story for the original ‘X-Men’ film and directing both ‘X-Men’ and ‘X2.’ Brett Ratner then nearly destroyed Singer’s brainchild, with ‘X-Men: The Last Stand.’ Singer will hopefully resurrect it from the dead.
